The XCY X46G is a robust, fanless industrial mini-PC, ideally suited for commercial, industrial, and embedded applications. With its passive cooling (no fan) and aluminum housing, it is exceptionally low-maintenance and silent – perfect for environments with noise restrictions or where reliable continuous operation is required.

The system supports a wide range of Intel processors: from Celeron and Pentium to Core i3 and i5, all the way up to the powerful Core i7 (4500U / 5500U). This variety allows the device to be flexibly adapted to different performance requirements.
The main memory is implemented via a SODIMM DDR3L slot (1333/1600 MHz). Depending on the processor model, a maximum capacity of up to 8 GB or 16 GB is possible. An mSATA SSD can be used for mass storage, supplemented by optional 2.5-inch SATA storage in certain variants. Models with an i3-7100U processor also support M.2 NVMe/SATA.
HDMI 1.4 and VGA are available for graphics output, enabling dual-display modes both synchronously and independently – perfect for control screens or multi-monitor setups.
Network connections are provided via two Gigabit LAN ports (Realtek 8111H) and optional WLAN (via Mini-PCIe with dual antenna, up to 300 Mbps). The available serial COM interfaces (2 x RS232, or RS232/RS485 if selected) allow for the connection of industrial devices, sensors, controllers, or automation systems.
USB ports are also plentiful: four USB 3.0 ports are available for high-speed peripherals. A 2-in-1 audio jack completes the connectivity options. The device supports additional features such as Wake-on-LAN, automatic power-on upon AC power loss, PXE boot, and wake-up functions via RTC.
Its dimensions (approx. 183 x 127 x 63 mm) make it compact enough for wall mounting, VESA mounting, or desk integration. The operating temperature range is -20 to +65 °C, allowing the mini-PC to be used even in demanding environments. The package includes the mini-PC, a power supply, SATA power and data cables, and a user manual.
This device is particularly well suited for industrial automation, control systems, kiosk systems, digital signage, thin clients, monitoring and network solutions, and embedded PC applications.
